Felt Seal for the clutch and brake pedal shaft, fitted in the pedal box where the cross-shaft passes through the housing.

The felt washer seats around the pedal shaft to exclude dirt and retain lubrication at the bearing point. It works alongside the rubber grommet (companion part 70620) on the same shaft.
