Fuel Tank Sender Wrench is a special service tool for the fuel tank sender unit assembly.

It engages the metal locking ring that retains the fuel gauge sender/pickup unit in the top of the fuel tank, letting the ring be released and re-tightened without distorting or damaging the ring or the tank flange. The companion locking ring is ESR3808.
