Heated Mirror Kit - an upgrade that adds heating to the exterior wing mirrors, retro-fitting to the existing mirror glass.
The kit supplies a pair of self-adhesive heating elements (115mm x 167mm) that bond to the rear of the mirror glass, together with a relay, 4m of twin-core wire and assorted terminals to connect them to the 12V supply. The elements use a carbon-impregnated glasscloth that heats across the full surface, avoiding the striping of printed-circuit elements. The wiring can be routed through the mirror arm for a concealed finish.
A switch is not included, so the elements can be wired to an existing switch, and the mirror glass itself is not supplied.
