Nyloc Nut with an M10 thread - the nylon-insert locking nut used on U-bolt fixings.

A nylon collar set into the top of the nut grips the bolt thread as the nut is tightened, resisting loosening under vibration without a separate locking washer. This size pairs with M10 U-bolts, holding the clamping load they apply.
