RKB101460 - Rear Air Suspension Spring
Installed between the rear axle and chassis, it replaces a conventional coil spring with a pneumatic air bag that supports vehicle load and maintains ride height. Air pressure is regulated by the EAS compressor and valve block, working with the shock absorbers and ride-height sensors to control suspension movement and keep the vehicle level.
A perished or leaking air spring lets the affected corner sag and forces the compressor to run continuously to compensate.
