Transfer Box is a reconditioned chain-driven transfer case.

The unit bolts to the rear of the gearbox and takes drive from the gearbox output, distributing it to the front and rear propshafts so that torque reaches both axles. Drive to the front output is carried by an internal chain running between the case sprockets.
