Railko-bus is het onderste zwenklager in het fuseehuis van de vooras.

Vervaardigd van Railko, een met hars gebonden stoffen lagermateriaal, draagt het de verticale stuurbelasting en wordt het vernieuwd tijdens een revisie van het fuseehuis.
