Oliekeerring draaipenas - 9 mm afdichting gemonteerd op het draaihuis van de vooras.

Het dicht het punt af waar de aandrijfas het draaihuis binnengaat, waardoor het smeermiddel van de draai- en homokinetische koppeling wordt vastgehouden en water, gruis en wegverontreiniging worden buitengesloten. Een versleten afdichting op dit grensvlak zorgt voor olieverlies en binnendringen van vuil, wat de slijtage van het homokinetische gewricht en de draaicomponenten versnelt, dus het wordt vernieuwd telkens wanneer de draai-eenheid wordt onderhouden.
