What is the STC1694 injector pipe for?
The STC1694 is the number-one cylinder high-pressure injector pipe for the 2.5L 300 TDi turbo diesel. This rigid steel pipe carries diesel at injection pressure from the injection pump outlet to the cylinder-one injector, with a union nut sealing the joint at each end.
Does this pipe cover all four cylinders?
No, the STC1694 serves cylinder one only. The 300 TDi runs a separate dedicated pipe for each cylinder, formed to a set length so injection timing matches across the engine. A complete set of four pipes is available separately if you're replacing them all together.
Which vehicles use the STC1694 injector pipe?
The STC1694 fits the 2.5L 300 TDi engine in the Defender, the Discovery 1 from VIN FA393361 to WA799999, and the Range Rover Classic from VIN JA610294. Confirm your vehicle runs the 300 TDi before ordering, as earlier and later engines use different pipes.
