Pinion Seal - Salisbury Axle fitted at the front of the differential housing where the propshaft coupling flange mounts to the pinion shaft.
This seal retains the hypoid gear oil and prevents leakage around the pinion shaft nose. It is pressed into the front face of the differential housing and runs on the outer diameter of the pinion shaft.
