Description:
Crankshaft Starting Dog for the 2.25L 4-cylinder petrol engine fitted to Series III and early Defender models with a 5-main-bearing crankshaft.
The starting dog threads onto the nose of the crankshaft and provides the engagement point for a hand-starting handle. It is specific to the 5-bearing crankshaft variant of the 2.25L engine.
