Spin-on engine oil filter installed in the engine lubrication system oil filter housing.
The filter element removes suspended contaminants from circulating engine oil before it is returned to the engine's internal lubrication galleries. It forms part of the oil cooler and filter assembly mounted on the engine block.
The filter threads directly onto the filter head and seals against the housing using an integrated gasket, allowing removal and replacement during routine engine service intervals.
