Vacuum Pump Oil Drain Pipe for the vacuum pump lubrication circuit on the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel.

The Td5 vacuum pump is lubricated by pressurised engine oil; this pipe carries that oil back from the pump to the engine, returning it to the lubrication system once it has passed through the pump. A blocked, split or perished drain pipe can cause oil to back up at the pump or leak, so it is replaced to maintain correct oil return and keep the vacuum pump lubricated.
