Description:
Front brake caliper piston repair kit used within the front brake disc and caliper assembly.
The components install inside the hydraulic caliper body where brake fluid pressure from the braking hydraulic circuit acts on the pistons to force the brake pads against the brake disc. Correct piston movement is required to maintain consistent clamping force and stable brake performance within the front axle braking system.
The pistons operate within the caliper cylinder bores and act directly on the brake pads, converting hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder through the brake hydraulic circuit into mechanical clamping force on the brake disc during braking.
