Silicone Intercooler Hose Kit - a set of silicone charge-air hoses for the TD5 turbo and intercooler circuit, replacing the standard rubber hoses that carry pressurised air between the turbocharger, the intercooler and the inlet manifold.
The hoses are moulded from polyester-reinforced silicone with a thicker wall than standard rubber, rated for an operating range of roughly -40°C to +180°C to withstand boost pressure and under-bonnet heat. Blue finish.
The kit covers the turbo-to-intercooler, intercooler-pipe and intercooler-to-inlet-manifold connections. For non-ACE vehicles.
