The clutch plate is the friction-lined driven plate of the clutch, 9 inch (229 mm) diameter. Its splined hub engages the gearbox input shaft while the linings are clamped between the flywheel and pressure plate to transmit drive. It's the spring-type plate for Series 1, Series 2 and 2A petrol and diesel engines.

Does this clutch plate come with the cover and bearing?

No, this is the driven plate only. It's matched to the 9 inch spring-type clutch cover, which is a separate item, and you'll also need a release bearing to complete the clutch. It's usual to replace all three together when the gearbox is out for access.
