Oliekoeler thermostaatadapter voor de 2.5L 200 TDi en 300 TDi dieselmotoren, gemonteerd op het oliefilterhuis in de oliekoeler- en filtereenheid.

De adapter bevat het was-element (Waxstat) thermostaat dat de oliestroom naar de motoroliekoeler reguleert op basis van temperatuur: olie wordt door de koeler geleid zodra deze de bedrijfstemperatuur bereikt en omgeleid zolang deze nog koud is, wat helpt de olietemperatuur en -druk te stabiliseren. Deze sluit af op het filterhuis met O-ring ERC5913.
