Differentieelkeerring voor de eindaandrijving, met een 4-bouts flens (LR-type, niet-Salisbury as). De enkellipsafdichting zit aan de voorkant van de pignon-as, direct achter de aandrijfflens, waar de as door het differentieelhuis gaat.

Het vormt de primaire oliebarrière tussen het kroonwiel- en pignon-tandwielstel en de externe flensverbinding, waarbij het as-smeermiddel wordt vastgehouden en vervuiling buiten wordt gehouden bij het roterende pignon-interface. Wordt gemonteerd op zowel voor- als achterdifferentiëlen en wordt vernieuwd wanneer een pignon-olielek ontstaat of de aandrijfflens wordt verstoord.
