Uitlaatvoorbuis is de voorste voorbuis van het uitlaatsysteem voor de linker cilinderbank van de V8-motor.

De voorbuis wordt aan het linkse uitlaatspruitstuk vastgeschroefd en voert de uitlaatgassen vanaf de spruitstukflens naar het stroomafwaartse uitlaatsysteem, waarbij ze langs de motor naar de middenpijp en de demper worden geleid.
