Dreumex Special Hand Cleanser is a solvent-free hand cleansing paste for medium to heavy-duty soiling in automotive, construction and manufacturing work.

It removes brake fluid, cement, oil, lubricants, grease, tar, resin and dust. Cleaning is assisted by natural micro-grain scrubbers, and the paste is dermatologically tested with a pH of 6-7 and a lychee scent.
