Lower Steering Drop Arm for the steering relay assembly. This is the lower lever that clamps to the bottom of the steering relay shaft.

Within the steering linkage it transmits the relay's motion to the drag link, passing the steered angle on towards the swivel steering arm. It works in conjunction with the upper relay lever to relay movement from the steering box to the road wheels.
