Core Plug for the V8 petrol cylinder block and inlet manifold.

The cup-type plug seals the casting core holes left in the coolant jacket after manufacture. Driven home, it closes the water passage and also acts as a frost plug, relieving pressure should the coolant freeze. Diameter 38mm.
