Description:
Hydraulic tappet installed within the engine valve train to maintain zero valve clearance automatically.

Oil pressure fills the internal chamber to compensate for thermal expansion and wear, ensuring consistent rocker shaft operation and stable valve timing.

Used in V8 petrol engines fitted to Defender, Discovery and Range Rover Classic models within the rocker shaft assembly.
