Cylinder Head Bolt for the 200TDi and 300TDi 2.5-litre direct-injection turbo diesel engines. It secures the cylinder head to the engine block, clamping the head gasket joint to seal the combustion chambers, coolant passages and oil galleries.

These are stretch (torque-to-yield) fasteners, tightened in a staged torque-then-angle sequence. They are intended for single use and should be renewed as a complete set whenever the cylinder head is removed.
