QFS000010G - Drag Link Ball Joint – Short
It forms the articulating pivot that transmits movement through the drag link while allowing the linkage to follow suspension travel and steering angle. The unit comprises a tapered ball pin seated in a sprung bearing housing, protected by a sealing boot that retains its grease.
Wear in this joint introduces free play at the steering wheel and can contribute to steering wobble, so it is renewed once play develops in the ball pin.
