Bleed Screw for the hydraulic braking system.

This bleed screw (bleed nipple) is fitted to brake calipers or wheel cylinders to allow hydraulic fluid and trapped air to be purged from the brake circuit during bleeding. The hollow-centre screw is opened with a bleed nipple spanner to allow fluid to exit under pressure while the brake pedal is depressed.
