Oil Filter for the engine lubrication system, suited to the 2.0L and 2.6L IOE (inlet-over-exhaust) petrol engines.

The filter traps metallic particles, carbon and other contaminants carried in the circulating engine oil, protecting the crankshaft bearings and oil galleries from accelerated wear. It is replaced as part of routine oil-change servicing.
