ABS Wheel Speed Sensor - Front for the 4-wheel ABS braking system.
Mounted at the front axle, the sensor reads a toothed reluctor ring and generates a variable electrical signal proportional to wheel rotational speed. The ABS control unit uses this signal to detect impending wheel lock during heavy braking and modulate brake pressure at the relevant front calliper, preserving steering control.
