Deze wielsnelheidssensor wordt gemonteerd op de naaf van de vooras en bewaakt continu de rotatiesnelheid van het wiel. Het signaal wordt doorgegeven aan de ABS-regelmodule, die de metingen van alle vier de wielen tijdens het remmen vergelijkt om een naderende blokkering te detecteren.
