Radiator with Integrated Oil Cooler - the main engine cooling radiator for the 200 TDi diesel engine, incorporating a built-in engine oil cooler and supplied without an intercooler section.

Mounted at the front of the engine bay, the radiator dissipates heat from the engine coolant as air passes through its core, while the integrated oil cooler circuit sheds heat from the engine oil. The core is of aluminium construction. This is the non-intercooled configuration.

Frequently asked questions

What is the 200TDi radiator with oil cooler?
This is the main engine cooling radiator for the 200TDi diesel engine, with a built-in engine oil cooler and no intercooler section. Mounted at the front of the engine bay, it sheds heat from the coolant as air passes through its aluminium core, while the integrated oil cooler circuit cools the engine oil.
What does 'no intercooler' mean for fitment?
'No intercooler' means this is the non-intercooled radiator configuration, so it suits 200TDi setups without an intercooler section built into the radiator. Confirm your vehicle runs the non-intercooled arrangement before ordering, as the intercooled version is a different radiator. The core is aluminium.
Which models does this radiator fit?
This radiator fits the 200TDi Defender (1986-2006), Discovery 1 (1989-1998) and Range Rover Classic. The Range Rover Classic application is the 200TDi manual, less catalyst, from VIN LA647644. Use your VIN to confirm the 200TDi non-intercooled setup, especially on the Classic.
What are the signs the radiator needs replacing?
A failing radiator typically shows as coolant leaks, overheating, or milky oil if the internal oil cooler lets go. Corrosion and a blocked core reduce cooling on the 200TDi. Replacing it restores proper coolant and oil cooling. Check for external leaks and overheating before deciding.
