Intercooler Hose - To Inlet Manifold for the 200TDi 2.5L turbocharged diesel engine intercooler circuit.

This hose connects the intercooler outlet to the inlet manifold, delivering cooled compressed charge air from the intercooler to the engine. It forms part of the boost air circuit downstream of the intercooler core and must maintain an airtight seal to ensure full boost pressure reaches the combustion chambers. Inspect for cracking, softening, or collapsed sections during service.
