Swivel Repair Kit - a service kit for the front axle swivel housing on the early Defender front axle.

The swivel housing forms the sealed ball joint between the axle casing and the stub axle, letting the road wheel steer while the constant-velocity joint transmits drive torque out to the hub. Its oil seals and bearing wear over time, allowing lubricant loss and play to develop in the joint.

This repair kit renews the wear components of the swivel assembly - oil seals, swivel pin bearing, shims and joint washers - to reseal and re-shim the housing during overhaul. It restores the swivel joint without replacing the housing ball itself.
