Brand Allmakes OE
Fuel Connector Block for the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine (Euro III, later specification). The block is the central junction of the fuel circuit, distributing the feed, return and reference connections, and it carries the fuel pressure regulator that stabilises rail pressure by modulating return flow to the tank.

Supplied as the connector block with its regulator diaphragm, without hoses - the original fuel pipes are retained and refitted. The companion sealing gasket is MSX000010.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Td5 fuel connector block?
The Td5 fuel connector block is the central junction of the fuel system on the 2.5L five-cylinder turbo diesel. It distributes the feed, return and reference connections and carries the fuel pressure regulator, which stabilises rail pressure by controlling return flow to the tank.
What are the symptoms of a failing Td5 fuel connector block?
A failing Td5 fuel connector block or its regulator typically causes hard starting, poor running, loss of power or fuel weeping around the block. The regulator diaphragm can perish with age and let rail pressure drop, so it's a known wear point on higher-mileage Td5 engines.
Which engines use this fuel connector block?
This fuel connector block fits the Td5 2.5L five-cylinder turbo diesel in the later Euro III specification, as used in the Defender and Discovery 2. Td5 fuel system parts were revised over the production run, so confirm your engine specification before ordering.
