Hylomar Hylosil 100 is a neutral-curing RTV silicone sealant for gasketing, sealing and bonding in automotive and engineering applications. It cures without releasing acetic acid, making it non-corrosive to metals, and remains flexible without shrinking or cracking.

It forms an instant gasket of any size or shape and bonds to metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, fibres and wood. It resists oils, anti-freeze and most solvents, acts as an electrical insulator, and withstands continuous temperatures up to 250°C.

Supplied in an 85g tube.
