Description:
Propshaft universal joints are used within the driveline propeller shaft assembly to transmit rotational torque while allowing angular movement between connected shaft sections.
The joint installs in the propshaft yokes and connects the rotating shaft sections between drivetrain components, allowing articulation as suspension movement changes driveline angles.
Used in applications where the joint forms the cross-type pivot between bearing caps retained in the propshaft yokes.
