Distributor Cap for the Ducellier distributor fitted to 2.25 and 2.5 litre four-cylinder petrol engines.

Part of the ignition system, the cap seats over the distributor and carries the high-tension current from the rotor arm out to each spark plug lead, distributing the spark to the cylinders in firing order. Its moulded body insulates the HT terminals and helps keep moisture and dirt out of the distributor.
