Main Bearing Set for the 2.5L 4-cylinder engine (200 TDi, 300 TDi and the related 2.5 diesel and petrol units), supplied at standard size.

The main bearings are the crankshaft journal bearings seated in the cylinder block and main bearing caps. They carry the crankshaft, maintain its running clearance and support the oil film on which the crankshaft rotates.

Supplied as a complete set of main bearing shells for crankshaft removal, bottom-end overhaul or main bearing renewal.
