Description:
Hydraulic steering damper installed in the steering linkage assembly to control oscillation and vibration transmitted through the track rod and drag link.

The unit functions as a stabilising shock absorber within the steering system, reducing steering kickbacks and shimmy generated by road surface impacts. It mounts between the axle bracket and the steering linkage, where it dampens rapid lateral movements of the linkage components.

Used in the steering track rod and damper assembly, where it operates in conjunction with the drag link and track rod to maintain directional stability and steering control.
