Gear Selector Plunger is the interlocker pin fitted to the 1st and 2nd gear selector shaft in the gearbox top cover. It prevents simultaneous selection of two gears by locking out adjacent selector shafts whenever a gear is selected, protecting the gearbox from damage caused by double engagement.

For the Series IIA and III gearbox. Supplied as a single plunger.
